We challenge the team dynamic and emphasize a major focus on developing the individual. The Tekkers coaches devote their experience, time, and energy into what the individual needs in order to see improvements in their performance. We push our players to build all the necessary habits to get to the next level. Both the tactical and technique side is what we specialize in.

All of our coaches beat the odds to play at the collegiate level. We have constructed a training regime and a framework to make dreams a systematic plan. Our culture will demonstrate and implement the mindset, training, characteristics, skills, and athletic ability it takes to play at the highest level.

  • Spring - Attacker Enhancements

    Attacker enhancement sessions are designed to give players a tailored experience specific to the attacking positions and provide them with an opportunity to get plenty of reps in and around the goal to become more efficient and productive as goalscorers.

    PHASE 1: Session 1: March 27th, April 3rd, April 10th, April 17th

  • Summer Performance Program

    Tekkers Summer Performance Program is a high-performance training program designed for players who are serious about improving this offseason. Each session combines speed, plyometric development, and soccer-specific training to help athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident on the ball. Built for players looking to elevate their game and prepare for the next level, this program delivers a structured, professional training environment all summer long.

    SAQ / Plyometric sessions will be held with D1 Des Moines Training along with Tekkers staff, while the small group soccer training sessions will be run by Tekkers staff.

  • Summer Plyometric Program

    Powered by Tekkers x D1 Training 

    This summer, Tekkers is partnering with D1 Training to deliver a high-level, structured plyometric program designed specifically for soccer players looking to improve explosiveness, acceleration, and injury resilience. June 1st - July 31st 

    Program Overview

    Duration: 9 Week 

    Schedule: 3x per week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday) 

    Session Length: 45 minutes 

    Time: 9:00 AM 

    Age Group: 2018 - 2014s

    Location: Sportsplex West 

    Staff: Led by Tekkers performance staff 

    Player-to-Coach Ratio: 9:1 (high attention, high quality reps) 

     

  • Summer Day Camp

    Tekkers Soccer Summer Camp

    Get ready for an exciting and action-packed week at the Tekkers Soccer Camp! Our camp will take place at multiple world-class facilities, all conveniently located within the Gregg Young Sports Campus. There is no need to worry about transportation between venues—all facilities are within walking distance of each other, and you will remain on-site the entire day!

    The facilities we’ll be using include:

    City State Bank Fieldhouse (Futsal courts), The Sportsplex Norwalk (Turf field), Fareway Fields (Outdoor turf)

    Camp Dates: June 8th - June 11th and/or July 20th - July 23rd.

  • 1v1 Lab Summer Program

    The Tekkers 1v1 Lab is a high-intensity, focused program for players looking to sharpen one of the most game-defining skills in soccer: winning individual duels. The modern game demands players who can beat defenders and handle pressure in isolation. 

    Each 60-minute session is split into two focused parts:

    30-Minute Technical Block - Explosive footwork and body positioning, Change of direction and pace, Attacking and defending in tight spaces, Fast reps with live, guided feedback

    30-Minute Competitive Block, Live 1v1 matchups, Players grouped by age and skill, Short games with quick rotations.

    When: Monday/Wednesday/Fridays June & July

    Ages: U8-U9 (2018-2017) & U10-U12 (2016-2014) Groupings will be split to maximize their growth as an individual

    Times: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • Summer - Striking & Finishing Minicamp

    Tekkers Soccer Striking & Finishing minicamp focuses on all the little details that go into putting the ball in the back of the net on a consistent basis. The Striking & Finishing minicamp will help build and retain good habits when striking a ball.  

    You can expect players at our Striking & Finishing minicamp to learn the proper technique when hitting a power vs. finesse shot, instill confidence in a player when in the final third, and be guaranteed lots of reps to master the necessary technique.   

    WHEN: Week 1: June 1st - 3rd, Week 2: June 15th - June 17th , Week 3: July 6th - July 8th, Week 4: August 3rd - 5th 

    TIMES: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

    AGE: 7-13 years old (Age groups will be split up by staff prior to each week)

  • Goalkeeper Clinics

    Summer - Goalkeeper Minicamp

    Tekkers Goalkeeper minicamp will focus on all skills required to be an elite goalkeeper. Areas of your game you can expect to work on with our elite coaching staff include positioning, distribution, 1-on-1 moments, shot stopping, and cross management. 

    Each daily session is structured to develop and build on proper technique and footwork. Towards the end participants will join those participating in the striking & finishing minicamp to get reps in that simulate high intensity in-game reps for them to develop their technique and confidence when protecting the goal.   

    WHEN:  Week 1: June 1st - 3rd, Week 2: June 15th - June 17th , Week 3: July 6th - July 8th, Week 4: August 3rd - 5th
