The Tekkers High School Winter Program provides elite athletes with a focused, high-level environment to maintain their competitive edge during the winter season. Our program features one high-intensity training session per week centered on advanced technical proficiency and tactical intelligence. More Information about our HS Program
Season Overview - We know many of our players will also be competing in ECL and other winter competitions. With that in mind, the High School Futsal season is designed to work around those commitments, giving players extra opportunities to sharpen their technical skills and creativity in tight spaces, without overloading their schedules.
Training Structure - This program looks a little different from our Select program. Instead of multiple sessions per week, teams will train once per week in a longer block (2+ hours) on Friday afternoons after school. This keeps the week open for ECNL and other club training.
Competitions & Tournaments - We won't be entering a formal futsal league this season. Instead, families will receive a curated list of high-level regional qualifiers and tournaments for high school players. Think of it as an à la carte menu — early in the season, we'll assess roster numbers and availability to select events to attend.
Club commitments always come first. We'll prioritize avoiding any overlap with club schedules.
Team Makeup - Our current plan:
U15/U16 Team
U17/U18 Team
Final tryout numbers may require some adjustments. We're also planning a slightly larger roster than usual, this gives us flexibility around ECNL conflicts, ensures high-quality training sessions, and lets us field a competitive team at tournaments even when some players are unavailable.
