AJ has worked with Sporting Iowa goalkeepers for the past nine years and currently serves as the Head of Boys Goalkeeping for U13+. In addition, he has spent the last five years coaching at Grand View University, where the program recently won the NAIA National Championship.

During that time, AJ has helped develop multiple high-level goalkeepers, including two who earned Heart of America All-Conference honors (1st and 2nd Team). One of his goalkeepers was also named a 2nd Team NAIA All-American and earned NAIA Defensive Player of the Year honors.
