Get ready for an exciting and action-packed week at the Tekkers Soccer Camp! Our camp will take place at multiple world-class facilities, all conveniently located within the Gregg Young Sports Campus. There is no need to worry about transportation between venues—all facilities are within walking distance of each other, and you will remain on-site the entire day!

The facilities we’ll be using include:

  • City State Bank Field house (Futsal courts)

  • The Sportsplex Norwalk (Turf field)

  • Fareway Fields (Outdoor turf)

Camp Dates: 

  • 2027 Dates - Mid Winter Release

Ages:

  • 6-13 years old

Camp Schedule

  • 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM – Drop off at the Sportsplex Norwalk entrance

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM – Ball Mastery Training (Outdoors or indoors on turf, depending on heat)

  • 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM – Small-Sided Games / Camp Games

    • Half Day Camp pickup

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM – Lunch / Relaxation (Foosball, Bags, Board Games, Kickball)

    • Lunch options will be shared prior to the week for each individual day.

  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM – Futsal Training / Futsal Games (Indoor Fields)

  • 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM – Camp-Wide Soccer Game

  • 2:45 PM - 3:00 PM – Break (dependent on heat)

  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Scrimmages (Outdoors or indoors on turf, dependent on heat)

  • 4:00 PM – Pickup at Sportsplex Norwalk entrance

  • Full Day: $390.00

Frequently Asked Questions about our summer camp

  • The Tekkers Soccer Summer Camp, whether it is a full day or half day, is for ages 6-13 years old.

    All skill levels are welcome as players will be grouped by age and ability.

  • Below is a tentative camp schedule for what each day will look like. We will have plenty of opportunities learn new skills and grow as a player on the ball, but plenty of opportunities to enjoy the camp week.

    Camp Schedule

  • Undoubtedly yes! With grouping players based off of age and skill level we are able to create smaller groups within the entire camp that will challenge individual players. Most of our curriculum throughout the summer camp focuses on a players 1v1 abilities, and comfortability on the ball.

  • All week long your child will be surrounded by a high energy, soccer loving staff that is dedicated to teaching them new skills, while also having the best week of the summer.

    All of our summer camp staff will have played at an extremely high level or currently coach in the Des Moines area. Our coaching crew is already eager for the week to start!

  • Your Child will need

    • A soccer ball

    • Water bottle

      • We will have a refill station

    • Shin Guards

    • Indoor and outdoor shoes

    • Snacks as they need (lunch and snacks will also be provided)

    • Sunscreen - Coaches will carry extra so nobody is getting burnt!
