What is the Tekkers Performance Program?
Tekkers Summer Performance Program is a high-performance training program designed for players who are serious about improving this offseason. Each session combines speed, plyometric development, and soccer-specific training to help athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident on the ball. Built for players looking to elevate their game and prepare for the next level, this program delivers a structured, professional training environment all summer long. SAQ / Plyometric sessions will be held with D1 Des Moines Training along with Tekkers staff. While the small group training sessions will be run by Tekkers staff.
First session will be heavily focused on testing and getting an accurate representation of where the player falls, we will retest as the program continues to track development.
